Rubber Recycling​

Our technology uses corotating twin-screw extruders for the devulcanization of FKM and HNBR production scraps; the technology includes the definition of the internal geometry of the extruder, the scraps milling and mixing criteria and procedure, the devulcanization process procedures. The devulcanized compounds can be re-vulcanized together with virgin rubber.​

Other that, the technology is comprehensive of a complete description of the characterization of devulcanized rubber, and the compound containing recycled rubber formulations in front of application​
